The flow rate of the ceramic filter can be easily renewed by simply brushing its outer surface with a stiff toothbrush , plastic brush or soft scouring pad under running water. As the top layer of ceramic and contaminants are brushed off, a new layer becomes available. Do not use soap, detergents or steel wool.

This ceramic water filter cartridge fits all 10″ housings – highly recommended efficient filter which removes particles, pathogenic bacteria, cysts and thousands of other very harmful contaminants from your water.
The addition of activated carbon and ion-exchange resins allows for protection from chlorine, organics and some heavy metals as well. This filter cartridge can be used with industry standard 10″ housings as a counter-top or under-the-counter kitchen filter.
